there are times when it would be nice to see things as they are, instead of how i want them to be.

i'd rather keep my warped sense of perception & reality, for better & for worse.

when i go six feet under, at least it'll have been a rich experience.

worth what you paid for it

that said, some of the best things in life are free. the cynical economist in me will find fault with that claim; for now the hopeless romantic wins over the cold logician. logic isn't infallible only because the foible lies with those applying it (humans), resulting in rationally derived but absurd conclusions.

DNA, or, "appearances are ambiguous"

could look like one thing on the outside but be completely contrary at the core, privy only to very few. most people never make it past the initial cursory viewing. not saying that's a bad thing at all, it's just a matter of priorities. the clues are all there, in plain sight, and anyone who cares enough, can and will "read" it. just don't read what you want to read. so what's in here? in you? in . . . ?
