thank you for your comments. and the compliment. for a completely chance shot, this is easily one of the ones i like most here on the blog.
sorry for bring up any past memories and regrets. certainly didn't mean to be snarky in the earlier comment regarding further options/doors. everyone has regrets. yours truly included. not many, but they do exist.
switching is never easy. in fact, i don't think one really can. don't want to admit it but sometimes you have to settle for what you can get, not what you really want--but that's not yet for me.
there's the counter argument that perhaps what you want isn't always what's best for you. me, i'm all for giving it a go, even if things don't go the way one wishes for. at least you tried instead of forever wondering. it's a risk. one succumbs to the gamble in the end.
there's much here to chat over, comments just don't cut it. if you're feeling up to it, write me (make a junk email account even, if you'd like to stay anonymous). if you're local, we'll go for coffee.
chasing amy is one of my favourite movies.
being a bit long winded, but in any case, wish you the best, wherever you are, whoever you are. keep commenting :)

The journey could exceed your expectations.
When the door closes, will you regret it? Will you find yourself "chasing Amy"?
perhaps there's another door my foot is in, that you don't know about? just trying not to get crushed (again). hobbling along. but never give up.
If only switching doors were the remedy against getting crushed...
I don't know your doors, just mine. I hope you have no regrets. Your photo reminded me of mine. Great shot, by the way.
