Waiting 4 the night to fall
A serendipitous shot, one that never occurred to me while standing there. Bike patrol officer happend to stop in that area and immediately the image came to mind. Hazy from the fog, perhaps it also threw off the active/passive auto focus. In any case, tried to get a few variations on the same with pedestrians and moving cyclists, but this was the best. Good Depeche Mode song too, the title.

Hmmm. very Nice!!! Its a very London-ish type of picture...if i didnt have any UCR background I woulda thought it was London, complete with the Bobby [?biker police?, with those wierdo caps/hats? kwim?]and the haze, and street lamps in fog.
where it at by the way? is that the new chem building construction area in the background? or is it the commons?

I don't actually know, getting rid of or putting in new tennis courts. Not the commons (still a big hole in the dirt). Chem/Phys/Engr buildings are done.
